Our facility offers 274 rooms, 5 of which are suites.
They have been completely remodelled, and offer clients top of the line
services and amenities, guaranteeing a comfortable stay.

You will receive a daily newspaper, a 32 inch flat
screen TV, internet connection that will enable guests to work easily,
cushion menu, 24 hour room service, smoking and non smoking rooms and
rooms for the disabled. The luxury accommodations offer Jacuzzi bathtub
and shower.
All rooms have independent air-conditioning.
DOUBLE DELUXE
-Quiet and spacious rooms, all exterior with views over the city and completely refurbished in 2008. Approximately 25 m2.
Modern and stylish decoration, they provide a Dreamax king size bed or two twin beds (on request), an oversized desk and chair and a contemporary bathroom with a great range of facilities and equipment.
DOUBLE DELUXE WITH VIEW
-Totally renovated in 2008, all rooms face out and are located on the upper floors of the building, from which you cane enjoy spectacular views of the royal palace, the Palacio de Oriente, the Almudena Cathedral and the Casa de Campo.
Contemporary in style, they are furnished with King Size Dreamax beds or twin beds (subject to request), as well as a spacious work table and a fully-furnished modern bathroom. Apprix. 25 m2.
PREMIUM
-Modern and very bright rooms, all outward-facing. Approximately 33 m2 and equipped with a complete multimedia equipment, including a TV LCD 32", stereo, CD/DVD and media hub.
They provide one Dreamax king size bed or two twin beds (on request).
DOUBLE GRAND PREMIUM
-Magnificent rooms completely refurbished and approximately 46 m2, they provide one Dreamax king size bed, an oversized desk and chair, and a large bathroom with a whirlpool bath for you to relax by candlelight.
Also, they all include our exclusive "The Level" service (Breakfast included, Spa, open bar, VIP lounge access…). (remember that The Level will not be open in July and August).
FAMILY ROOM
-We have now made our spacious and comfortable Premium rooms available for families. Enjoy the 33 m2 of space to add an extra bed to make you feel more at home with your family. You can visit the city during the day and then relax in your room with your full multimedia system.
